基于数量折扣的升级替代产品资源优化配置

摘要: 针对非对称信息下单一制造商和零售商组成的二级供应链原材料资源分配问题,提出一种将博弈论和数量折扣策略相结合的优化方法,在此基础上建立了升级替代产品的原材料资源优化配置模型。通过调整产品替代率和数量折扣系数来激励零售商共享其私有信息,合理配置制造商生产所需的原材料资源,实现供应链节点企业的利润最大化。通过数值模拟对分析结果进行验证,结果表明,采用数量折扣策略不但能实现升级替代产品资源优化配置,而且能使供应链节点企业的期望利润有Pareto改进。

Abstract: Aiming at the raw material resources allocation problem of two-stage supply chain constituted by one manufacturer and one retailer under asymmetric information,a optimization approach by combining game theory with quantity strategies was proposed.On this basis,the upgrade alternative raw material resources optimal allocation model was established.Through adjusting the product replacement rate and the quantity discount rate,the retailers was encouraged to share their private information,and the raw material resources needed for the production were allocated reasonably.Thus the maximum profits of supply chain node enterprises were realized.The numerical examples were presented to verify the results.The results showed that the alternative products resources allocation promotion was realized by using quantity discount strategies,and the expected profit of supply chain node enterprises had Pareto improvement.
